An excellent look at worker retraining ran in The Herald of Everett, Wash., Sunday and today. It’s a fascinating look at how the existing retraining infrastructure is and isn’t working during the current economic crisis. Worth noting: it’s by former Seattle P-I reporter Amy Rolph. Rolph, who covered a variety of things at the P-I including higher education, is now a star on the Herald’s business desk. Her Herald blog on small business issues is worth following.
